The multi-point lock engages at three heights instead of one, which matters in Kendall because a single-point lock is a flex point during a pressure event. The written price of $2,400 included the door, the frame, the hardware, the sill pan modification, and the permit. We documented the sill pan slope with a photo of the level reading - 1/4 inch per foot, minimum - because that’s the detail that determines whether this door lasts 25 years or needs replacement again in eight.
